• Citizens may use a humane live trap to safely capture cats on their property.
These traps can be purchased at most local pet supply stores or hardware stores.
We recommend using a trap with dimensions of 32" X 10" X 12".
It is important that the trap is appropriately sized, allowing the cat to comfortably stretch out inside.
Traps that are too small may result in the cat being ineligible for our program.
